🌑 Shadow Work & Inner Integration Group
Heal Hidden Wounds, Embrace All Parts of Yourself
This deep and transformative therapy group supports adults in exploring the disowned, rejected, or unconscious parts of themselves—often referred to as the “shadow.” By bringing compassion and curiosity to these hidden aspects, participants reduce shame, improve emotional regulation, and begin to integrate a more complete sense of self.
Led by Dr. Jessica Thalhamer, LCSW, this group draws from Jungian psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed processing, and reflective practices to support identity integration and inner healing.
🛡 What You’ll Gain:
-
Insight into unconscious patterns, defense mechanisms, and internal conflicts
-
Tools to work with inner parts such as the inner critic, wounded child, or protector
-
Practices to reduce shame, fragmentation, and emotional reactivity
-
Support for building self-compassion, emotional stability, and internal harmony
-
A safe space to explore parts of yourself you’ve feared, judged, or denied
Each session includes guided parts work, reflective inquiry, and grounding exercises to support deep self-discovery and emotional integration.
